Ocean Wind Services AS is an offshore wind service company, focused on supplying transportation and installation services for both floating and bottom-fixed wind turbine generators.
The resources behind the company have extensive experience from marine operation in the oil and gas-, civil contracting- and renewable energy-industries. Including installation of floating as well as bottom fixed wind turbine generators.
Team member also have experience from field development and the marine aspects of wind farm operations, including facilitation of replacement of major WTG components.
The team has experience from design, securing financing and yard follow up of offshore construction vessels including wind turbine installation vessel (WTIV) as well as construction follow up of cruise ship, drilling rigs and rocket launch semisubmersible platform.

Designed, secured financing, and built (as owner) accommodation rig (“Haven”) and a self-propelled construction jack-up rig “Teras Sunrise” (ex. “Nora”). “Haven” has been working on a 4-year charter for ConocoPhillips at Ekofisk and thereafter charter contract with Maersk Oil in Denmark and on charter at Johan Sverdrup Field for Equinor. The self-propelled construction rig “Teras Sunrise” is working as WTIV in Asia.

Marine chief engineer with an almost 40 years long seagoing career, out of which 25 years in the position as chief engineer. Experience from reefer ships, cruise, offshore construction ships, as well as the Sea Launch satellite launch system onboard the launch platform.
Experience as superintendent for cruise ships, reefer ships and a drill ship for top hole drilling, well stimulation and P&A. Yard experience as chief engineer from building of cruise ships, drill ship as well as a jackup ship for offshore wind installation. In charge of design completion for a series of four medium size drill ships.
